Returns

Shipping, Cancellation, and Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the ordered products. However, the delivery date is an estimate and not a guarantee. We reserve the right to delay shipment, cancel the order, or deliver in installments for reasonable reasons. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Amendments to the Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The modified Terms shall take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
